AGREEMENT AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS

AGREEMENT AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS: This is a monthly agreement, requiring monthly payments. Grolen Computers will attempt to repair any software problem for the one computer specified by the serial number of the computer in the plan, for the items described in the Tier subscribed to. In the event the repair is not reasonably possible, the technician will notify the customer and discuss the options available. This agreement covers hardware items, viruses, software malfunctions, etc. for labor only. Payment of replacement parts if needed are not included. This agreement does not cover accessory items (any item not internal to the computer case). This agreement does not cover physical damage or damage due to an act of God, fire, theft or abuse. In all cases monitoring and mitigation is a best effort service and cannot be guaranteed. Grolen Computers reserves the right to charge a basic bench fee for excessive software repair visits or remote support (those exceeding once in 30 days). Downloading and Installing the Grolen Computers System Client allows Grolen Computer Technicians remote access to your computer. Grolen Computers reserves the right to alter (with written notice) this program at any time. Grolen Computers also may cancel this program at any time with 30 days written notice (at which time billing will cease). You agree to provide a valid credit card for monthly billing. Should the charge fail to process in any given month we will make at least 2 attempts to contact you for an updated card. Failure to receive payment will suspend coverage. At Grolen Computers's option we will reinstate suspended accounts with a $10 reinstatement fee in addition to amounts owed. This is the agreement in whole, there is no other agreements specified or implied.

With our knowledge and a few diagnostic checks we can accurately assess issues and apply the appropriate solution saving you time and money.

We don't like components failing on us, and we know you don't either. We do our best to bring in components that meet or exceed expectations. Many of the components we sell you can find in our systems and our families systems.
