**Initial DSL modem and included standard parts are shipped free as part of your activation fee. Non-standard parts orders shipped separately incur a handling and shipping charge of $10. DSL Modem and up to two phone filters are provided at no additional cost. Additional phone filters are available for $3.95 each. If service is cancelled, a $150 fee will be charged until the modem and filters are returned. Shipping costs to return these items shall be the customer's responsibility and must be returned within 14 days of the effective cancellation date. To use this service, your computer must have a NIC or ethernet card.
***Additional mailboxes available at $1.95 per month per mailbox, or five for $8.95 per month.
****Backup Dial-up Account includes 100 hours of access per month. You will be billed $1.00 for each hour of dial-up access used over 100 hours per month. Your computer must be equipped with a standard telephone modem in order to use this feature.
