are professionally trained and have combined experience
of more than 50 years. Bottom line - we know what we're
doing. Most repairs performed in our repair center are completed
within 24 hours. If we have to order a part, it will take
a little longer, so be patient. But we'll tell you when
we expect the part to arrive and the repair to be completed.

service. We will come to your businessto solve problems

In a hurry? Got a deadline to meet? Just plain impatient?
We normally service all equipment on a first-come first-served
basis or by scheduled appointment, but we understand that
from time to time, certain situations require special
attention. This is why, for our regular rate billed at
time-and-a-half*, we will drop everything and get you
up and running again as fast as is possible. Our repair
center is convenient to several coffee-houses and restaurants
in the downtown Manchester area. Order rush service and
take a stress-free hour or two in the middle of the day,
grab a bite to eat and know that your computer is in the
hands of our technical professionals.
Loaner
Equipment
We
have several loaner computers available for customers
who find their mission critical computer unavailable for
extended periods of time. These loaners are available
on a first-come first-served basis.
Due
to differences in technology and restrictions on parts
availability, we do not repair monitors or printers. Please
consult the appropriate manufacturer for an authorized
service center.
