Business Computer, Server and Network Service Plan

Instead of a break/fix scenario, you may opt for preventative maintenance to help mitigate issues before they happen. With Grolen’s system information utilities and staff, a technician will check up on your systems on a regular basis to help to help you stay running smoothly.




$34 per workstation per month, $110 per server per month



Rates are $34 per workstation per month, and $110 per server per month.

Service includes Antivirus, Scheduled system updates, remote support during business hours. Off hours are billed at a rate of $149.95 per hour.

The service contract covers labor for 1 in shop service per workstation or server per month if you bring the workstation or server in and pick it up.

Any hardware requiring repair or replacement is not covered. Should you need any hardware repaired or replaced, we will notify you and obtain authorization for the associated costs of the hardware before replacing it.

The maintenance and monitoring is a best effort service. Maintenance and monitoring will not detect, mitigate or correct 100% of all issues.

All services performed will be during normal business hours.

We understand each component of a system, how it operates, and how it interacts with the other components. With our knowledge and a few diagnostic checks we can accurately assess issues and apply the appropriate solution saving you time and money.

We don't like components failing on us, and we know you don't either. We do our best to bring in components that meet or exceed expectations. Many of the components we sell you can find in our systems and our families systems.
