GroLen:
GroLen Communications, with corporate
offices in Manchester, New Hampshire and retail store on
Elm Street, Manchester, is a multi-faceted, fast growing
computer business. Our main business focus is on computer
repair and networking, along with sales of our own line
of computers. GroLen has been an Internet Service Provider
since 1994, with POPs throughout the United States. Sales
and installation of LANs and web design/hosting services
round out the companys operational centers. We are
looking for the right candidate to join our team.
About
the Customer Support position:
Full
time and part time openings are available. The Customer
Support position requires dealing with the public in a variety
of areas. Strong people skills are a must. Responsibilities
include providing internet and computer support to customers
in person, as well as over the phone.
The right candidate must have an understanding of Internet
services and a working knowledge of computers. You will
be the first point of contact for customers dropping off
and picking up computers at our repair counter, assist in
monthly billing and provide phone support for our internet
and computer customers. This position is varied and allows
you to grow in whichever area your natural talents take
you. If you always wanted to be a technical person, this
is your opportunity to learn on the job and become proficient,
working along side highly qualified computer technicians.
This position pays between $8 to $10/hr depending on experience.
