From main Outlook Express screen:
Click: Tools
Click: Accounts

From Internet Accounts screen:
Click: Mail
Click: Add -> Mail

From the Internet Connection Wizard screen:
Type in a display name: i.e. your name or nickname
Click Next

Type in your GroLen Internet Email address:
userid@grolen.com (ignore new account field)
Click Next

Type in the GroLen server settings:
My incoming mail server is a Pop3 server
Incoming Mail: pop3.grolen.com
Outgoing Mail: smtp.grolen.com
Click Next

Type in your GroLen account information:
Account Name: your userid
Password: your secret GroLen login password
Click remember password if desired.
Click Next
Click Finish and then Close
